NDA CEO to Moderate CWD Forum in Minnesota this Weekend
National Deer Alliance President and CEO, Nick Pinizzotto, will be moderating a chronic wasting disease forum this weekend titled: Factual and Unbiased Information from Regional Leaders in the Studies of Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD). The event will take place on Saturday from 5 – 8 p.m. at Willow Creek Middle School in Rochester, Minnesota, and it is being hosted by the Bluffland Whitetails Association. Even if you don’t live near the event location you can catch the discussion live on Facebook by first searching for the Bluffland Whitetails Association page. Questions will be taken from those in attendance, as well as online participants.
In addition to Pinizzotto, panelists include Lou Cornicelli a wildlife biologist from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, Terry Hainfield, a wildlife biologist from the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Bryan Richards, CWD project leader with the United States Geological Survey, and Doug Duren, a Wisconsin farmer, hunter, and advocate for actively managing CWD.
