ScoutLook Named Official Weather Service of National Deer Alliance
Fairfax, VA (April 12, 2016) – The National Deer Alliance (NDA) announces a corporate partnership with ScoutLook Weather to support the organization’s continual growth as the guardian for wild deer conservation and our hunting heritage. Today, ScoutLook Weather has been named the official weather service of NDA. “I am excited about this new partnership with ScoutLook Weather and how it can help NDA with our continual growth as we build momentum during our inaugural year,” said NDA President and CEO, Nick Pinizzotto.
ScoutLook is the leading provider of cutting-edge weather tools for hunters and anglers. Specifically, deer hunters have widely embraced ScoutLook’s free service since its inception six years ago. Users can save unlimited hunting locations to a free account that can be accessed via the ScoutLook Hunting app or at ScoutLookWeather.com. From there, users can view detailed, pinpoint weather forecasts—including the popular ScentCone® Wind Map—for any of their saved locations. Additional features include a deer logging system for keeping close tabs on deer activity and management objectives, plus a new trail camera management system.
“A major part of ScoutLook’s mission is to be adopted as the official weather service for the entire deer hunting community, and we’re on pace to do just that,” explained ScoutLook Co-Founder Bill Little. “Our partnership with the National Deer Alliance is further proof that we’re committed to supporting the future of deer management and deer hunting.”
“Our strong relationship with the three major deer groups, Mule Deer Foundation, Quality Deer Management Association, and Whitetails Unlimited, combined with the large number of users of the ScoutLook Weather app makes this a mutually beneficial relationship for all parties,” added Pinizzotto. “As a longtime user of the app, I’m happy to promote its use to deer hunters across the country.”
